Introduction

Sanastar was looking to build an online presence in order to develop their brand image, promote their product and create new distribution channels. After careful review of available options, ke Solutions was the answer with its innovative web engine software program designed to guide through the creation of the website, allow its expansion alongside the business and provide tools to easily adapt the website to specific business needs.

Company Overview

Sanastar, creator of the WizKid, the anti-microbial, absorbent and practical urinal mat is paving the way to cleaner bathrooms everywhere. Its low cost and adaptability based on bathroom use are making it a sure hit and the goal is to have the WizKid placed under every urinal in the world. This unique product is manufactured in the United States, and the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office granted its architect, Dean Stickler, a noted scientist, a patent.

Business Challenge

Initially, Sanastar objectives were:

  • To promote their product and develop their brand image
  • Create distribution channels for WizKid
  • Gather information about potential clients and receive feedback

A website had to be put in place in order to help reach the objectives, one that would be easy to navigate for users, provide secure online transactions, and, very important, painless to make changes to.

Solution

Custom designed shopping cart, secure and easy to use, automated notification emails on all forms, online member area, newsletter module, were created and integrated in the overall brand image.

As soon as the website became live, Jeff became flooded with emails and phone calls from all over United States, but also from international markets.
